Growing up helping my Grandma bake in her Bakery Restaurant when I was a little Girl and again I grew. I remember Her teaching me her Tips & Tricks. As a Teenager I worked in my Dad’s Bakery learning even more. Consequently I continued my love for baking & creating Healthy recipes. It was the usual for people to request my cookies, pies, cakes, cinnamon buns & more ... even Birthday cakes & creating one of my BFs Wedding cake!
Since I’ve also always practiced Health & Fitness all my life I got quite creative modifying recipes to accommodate my health needs and my huge sweet tooth (I think I got that from my Grandma as she always had her afternoon Tea & sweet) Now a days I quite often find myself baking creative recipes keeping the ingredients healthy but huge taste .. going back to how things were baked in Grandma Vi’s day!
All ingredients are natural with good and healthy sugars using raw sugar, honey, maple syrup, juice and fruits. Tasty kitchen also uses real butter, milk , cream, eggs, quality spices, flours and other natural whole ingredients. Just like how I’ve done my recipes before always using whole sources ingredients that encourage Health & Taste!
